For couples and families: The student couple apartments of the Living together: There are mainly couples living in this apartment building – both with and without children. 28 two-room and three-room apartments between 42 sqm and 62 sqm offer a lot of space in order to feel comfortable. Children are welcome – The house offers fully equipped rooms for a children group organised by the tenants. There is furthermore a daycare facility for children in the vicinity. Depending on size the apartments currently cost between 266 and 393 €/month (rent excluding heating costs 6,29 €/sqm) plus advance payment for additional charges. Electricity and water are to be calculated after consumption. |
